The Sapphire rooftop "The Terrace", located on level seven is a delight for all Sapphire residents and their guests to enjoy. With spectacular unsurpassed views across Hervey Bay, enjoy a 360 degree view of the area as far as the eye can see. With views across to Fraser Island, the rooftop is ideal for entertaining all year round.

With four built in electric BBQs, basic catering amenities and seating for up to 40 people, the rooftop is perfect for a meal for two, to entertain family and friends or is the perfect venue to catch up with fellow residents and enjoy a BBQ.

If you are looking for some solitude, The Terrace viewing deck is perfect to enjoy some fresh sea air, a good book or just soak up the sun.

Pool

The 15 metre solar heated exercise pool and spa offers year round enjoyment for residents in the surrounds of landscaped gardens and sun lounges. Just outside the pool area, built in dining areas with large canvas umbrellas offer a great outdoor dining and entertainment area.

"The Bay Club" Community Club Lounge

"The Bay Club" is another shared area within Sapphire for all residents to enjoy.  It offers a full size snooker table, internet kiosk, movie lounge for your own private cinema, dining area with a full service catering kitchen for get togethers with family and friends, a book share library and room for cards and other games.

Managed Building

So that your home is always looking its best, leaving you to enjoy the activities you enjoy most, a full time maintenance person is onsite at Sapphire Monday to Friday. The maintenance person ensures the building and gardens are looking good and well maintained at all times.

A Retirement Living Coordinator is also onsite Monday to Friday and looks after the management of the building as well as assisting the residents' committee where necessary. So there is a friendly face to talk to if you have any concerns or special requests.

Emergency Call System

An Emergency Call System is fitted throughout Sapphire for residents to call for help in the case of a medical or other emergency. Emergency call buttons are located throughout each apartment as well as in the The Bay Club, pool area, The Terrace and all other common areas. Once pressed, the emergency call system phones the RSL Care Contact Centre and the Contact Centre will phone back to assist with the emergency and any necessary next steps.
