Overview of the apartments

All apartments at Sapphire feature luxurious pure wool carpet in the lounge, dining and bedrooms. The expansive spaces open out onto the balcony, creating spacious indoor / outdoor living areas. From the balcony residents can enjoy views of the landscaped gardens, and from the majority of apartments, partial water views going up to full water views.

The apartments are fitted with reverse cycle ducted air conditioning in the main bedroom and living areas to provide year round comfort.

Each apartment has an internal concealed laundry fitted with a sink, storage space and clothes dryer.

Peace of mind is assured with built in fire sprinklers to each apartment, emergency call system and intercom to the front door for visitor access.
