Julie Poole

Manager Retirement Living

Julie joined the Sapphire team just after it opened in 2009 and is responsible for the day to day running of the community and ensuring each resident makes the most of their Sapphire lifestyle. With a background in the retirement living industry, Julie thinks that the best thing about Sapphire is that the residents get to live worry free in a resort style setting, making for a very different lifestyle to a traditional retirement village.

Barry Lindsay

Maintenance Officer

Barry was drawn to Sapphire in October 2009 because of its prestige and location. Having worked in a project management and technical/environmental services role for a resort group, Barry takes pride in ensuring that Sapphire is an enjoyable place for its residents to call “home”.

Sharon Manson

Senior Sales Consultant

Sharon is the newest member of the Sapphire team and believes Sapphire residents have some of the best views she has ever seen.  Having worked in the real estate industry for the past 12 years, she has earned a reputation as a successful sales consultant, sales manager and team mentor. As a Member of the REIQ Sales Chapter, she is committed to providing the highest possible service to clients looking for the lifestyle and home they deserve, Sapphire.

Ineke Janes

Sales Consultant

Ineke has been part of the Sapphire team since it opened in 2009. She fell in love with Hervey Bay while holidaying in 2005 and made the move from Victoria, where she and her husband had operated a bed & breakfast and a small vineyard in the Yarra Valley. With a background in rural real estate sales and administration, Ineke believes she now has the best job and best office in town and loves showing off the Sapphire lifestyle to others.
